Manager / Land Surveying
Phillips has been working in civil engineering and land surveying since 1993, and is an experienced Project Manager. He has specialized skills in AutoCAD, Land Development Desktop, Tripod Data Systems and Trimble Geomatics Office (GPS Fast Static). Phillips received his credentials from Tennessee Technology Center Jacksboro, and is a Tennessee Registered Land Surveyor. Phillips is a member of the Tennessee Association of Professional Surveyors (TAPS).
