Manager / Civil Engineering
Mills joined the firm in 1998 and has played a major role in the firm’s civil engineering and surveying projects in Tennessee, Georgia and Ohio. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and is a Registered Professional Engineer. Mills is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and holds a 40-Hour Certificate in Hazard Waste Operations Training.
